Added a Guide to create three levels of NPCs (non playing characters.)  Easy, Average, and Hard.

Easy will have 25 to 50 points to distribute. Average will have 100 to 150.  Hard will have 200 to 225.

You do not have to use all the points, but should not go over the max. You can create Friends or Foes.

You may want to create Human, Animal, Monster, Spirt or a Manufactured Mechanical or Electrical being.

They may or may not have Magical abilities. You may make various versions of a given creature, such as Giant, Miniature or Spirit.

Use the Skill Points in a logical manner, that fits the NPC  you are creating.
