A downloadable game
As the name implies, Skill Point relies heavily on the Strategic use of your Skill points.
Instead of using random dice rolls to solve all of the game actions, Skill Point uses a system of player assigned points to accomplish all of the challenging actions that occur during an adventure.
You need not use them for basic non challenging actions such as walking.
However if you are trying to walk a tightrope across a ravine, then yes you would need to spend some Skill points.
You will have to decide when and what Skill Points are to be used for the completion of a given task.
The Points are limited so you must choose wisely or you may run out, just when you need them most.

This is pretty much all I've ever wanted in a diceless rpg.

My thinking was that actions should not fall to just a random dice roll.
Your current download is in Apple's ".pages" format, which isn't terribly accessible. I recommend uploading at least a PDF version. If you are uncertain how to do so, please see Apple's own documentation.
I have converted the file to PDF using an online converter, and will be checking it out, but other people may not necessarily go to the effort to cross that barrier. That's why I make the suggestion.
